Description: Evergreen, columnar tree, one of the glories of summer. Glossy, dark green leaves, either simple or with 3/5 leaflets. Clusters of large, 6 cm white flowers full of stamens in high summer. Bees love it. Neutral/acid, moist soil, flowers better with sun.
